1. Imidiya yokuhlunga impahla yemvelo
1). Isihlabathi se-quartz
- Ingxenye eyinhloko i-silicon dioxide (SiO₂), enobulukhuni obuphezulu (ukuqina kwe-Mohs 7) nokusimama okuqinile kwamakhemikhali. Isetshenziswa kabanzi ezingqimbeni zokuhlunga amanzi.
- Ukucaciswa okujwayelekile: 0.5-1.2mm (ukuhlunga okumaholoholo), 0.3-0.5mm (ukuhlunga okuhle), bhekisela kokuthi "Okujwayelekile Kwemidiya Yesihlungi Sesihlabathi Se-Quartz Sokuhlanza Amanzi" (CJ/T 43-2005).
- Okubi: ukuminyana okuphezulu (2.65g/cm³), ukusetshenziswa kwamandla okuwasha ngemuva okuphezulu.
2). I-anthracite
- I-Porosity iphezulu ngokufika ku-50%-60%, inamandla okukhangisa aqinile, futhi ivamise ukusetshenziswa nesihlabathi se-quartz ukwakha ithangi lesihlungi elinezendlalelo ezimbili.
- Ibanga likasayizi we-particle: 0.8-1.8mm, ukuminyana 1.4-1.6g/cm³ (ilula kunesihlabathi se-quartz, enganciphisa ukucindezela kokuwashwa ngemuva).
3). I-Zeolite
- Izinto zokushintshisana ze-ion zemvelo, ezinomthelela omkhulu we-adsorption ku-ammonia nitrogen nezinsimbi ezisindayo, ezifanele ukuhlanzwa kwamanzi angcolile e-aquaculture.
2. Imidiya yesihlungi se-polymer yokwenziwa
1). I-polypropylene (PP) i-fiber
- Ukumelana ne-asidi ne-alkali (pH 1{2}}14), ukugqwala okulwa namagciwane, okwenziwe kwaba izikhwama zokuhlunga noma izinto zokuhlunga, ezisetshenziswa ezimbonini zamakhemikhali nezokudla.
- Ukunemba kokuhlunga: 1-100μm (kulungiswe ngokuya ngokuminyana kokuluka).
2). Indwangu ye-polyester (PET) -engalukiwe
- Amandla aphezulu kanye nokungena komoya okuhle, okuvame ukusetshenziswa ekuhlungeni komoya (njengesihlungi se-HEPA).
3). Isici sesihlungi se-polyethylene (PE) sintered
- Isakhiwo se-Microporous esakhiwe-izinga lokushisa eliphezulu, ngokunemba okungafika ku-0.1μm, okusetshenziselwa ukulungisa amanzi e-ultrapure.

3. Imidiya yesihlungi sensimbi ne-ceramic
1). Insimbi engagqwali wire mesh
- Imodeli 304/316L, ukumelana nezinga lokushisa eliphezulu ( Ngaphansi noma ilingana no-800℃), usayizi wembotshana ububanzi obuyi-20-200 mesh, esetshenziswa ezimbonini ze-petroleum nezamakhemisi.
2). Izitsha ze-ceramics
- Made of alumina or silicon carbide, with a compressive strength of >I-10MPa, ifanele{1}}ukususwa kothuli lwegesi eshibilikayo enezinga lokushisa eliphezulu (njengezitshalo zokushiswa kwemfucuza).
4. Izinto ezikhethekile zokusebenza
1). Ikhabhoni ecushiwe
- Indawo eqondile engu-500-1500m²/g (bheka "I-Coal Granular Activated Carbon Standard" GB/T 7701.1-2008), ingakhangisa izinto eziphilayo kanye ne-chlorine esele.
2). Imidiya yokuhlunga kazibuthe
- The surface is loaded with Fe₃O₄, and the metal particles in oily wastewater are quickly separated by magnetic field, with a recovery rate of >90%.
Iziphakamiso ezinwetshiwe:
- Imidiya yesihlungi esiyinhlanganisela (njenge-"quartz sand + activated carbon") ingacabangela kokubili ukuhlunga okubonakalayo kanye nokukhangiswa kwamakhemikhali;
- Izinto ezivelayo ezifana nolwelwesi lwesihlungi se-graphene (ukunemba kokuhlunga okungu-0.001μm) zisesesigabeni selabhorethri futhi zibiza kakhulu.
